Hidden River Middle School is Temporarily Relocated to 631 N. Albert St. During Renovations
Our school will have significant renovations that will impact all spaces of the building. Construction is set to begin in summer 2024.
Due to the impact on our learning spaces, our school community will temporarily relocate to another site during construction. This will be less disruptive to students and staff compared to renovations happening while students are in the school.
The temporary site will be the Wilson building at 631 N. Albert St. The building is similar to our current building and is only eight minutes from Hidden River.
We will be in the Wilson building during the entire 2024-25 school year and will return to our renovated Hidden River Middle School in time for the start of the 2025-26 school year. This means the only group of current students impacted by the temporary move will be incoming sixth graders this year.
The relocation will happen during summer 2024 once the school year is over.
By relocating the students and staff, we will be able to reduce the renovation by two school years. This will provide more of our current students, families, and staff with the opportunity to experience a wonderful, modernized school building.
