Overview
Ms. Pineda Johnson is returning to Hidden River Middle School to teach 6th grade Math for another year. She started teaching at Hidden River in 2018. She hails from St. Paul, MN but has lived in Denver, Alaska, Hawaii, and Honduras. She has an elementary student at home and loves spending time with her family.
The 6th Grade Math Class builds on the topics studied during 5th grade and prepares students for Pre-Algebra concepts. The topics we cover are:

- Fractions and Decimals

- Adding and Subtracting
- Multiplying and Dividing
- Ratios
- Percents
- Probability
- Graphing
- Equations and Expressions
- Geometry
- Measurements
